SOUS CHEF - FULL TIME, PERMANENT.
- Help the chef with the preparation of high quality food, design & costing of menus & specials board.
- Assist with stock control, stock rotation and ordering.
- Have a good knowledge of current legislation.
- Have the ability to confidently run the kitchen and team in the absence of the chef.
- Keen & enthusiastic, flexible, hard working, with good management & communication skills and an outgoing & friendly manner.
